Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, however I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy or availability.

By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is accurate.

A consultation form must be completed before your appointment. Failure to complete this may result in treatment being declined.

2. Payment Terms

A booking fee (percentage of the total treatment cost) is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

No-shows will result in full charge for the appointment and forfeiture of the booking fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.

4. Refund Policy

I do not accept refund requests for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please speak to me immediately so I can address any concerns.

Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed according to the cancellation policy above.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect your treatment.

You must complete a consultation form before your first appointment and update me of any changes to your health.

If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule to protect both our health.

I maintain comprehensive health and safety procedures in accordance with professional standards for massage therapy.

You have the right to stop treatment at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

6. Your Responsibilities

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

Please ensure you are clean and appropriately dressed for your massage treatment.

Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent during your treatment.

Please inform me immediately if you experience any discomfort during treatment.

7. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

I collect and store only the information necessary to provide your treatment safely and effectively.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

8. Liability

While I maintain professional insurance and follow industry best practices, you participate in treatments at your own risk.

I am not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.

Please ensure you have disclosed all relevant health information to minimise any risk of adverse reactions.

9. General Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By booking an appointment, you confirm you are over 18 or have parental consent for treatment.
